Code of Conduct
We strive to create a professional environment built on mutual respect, trust, inclusion and collaboration. We expect our team members, artists, collaborators, suppliers, partners and representatives to uphold these principles in their dealings with the studio and with one another.

We are committed to fair and transparent decision-making in matters relating to project development, recruitment, procurement, partnerships and financial transactions. We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, fraud, discrimination, harassment or the misuse of funds, resources or professional authority.

Anti-Corruption & Conflict of Interest
Collective Madness Studios maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption. We do not offer, solicit or accept bribes, kickbacks or other improper benefits to influence professional decisions or secure an unfair advantage.
We expect decisions to be made in the best interests of the project and the organisation. Any actual or potential conflict of interest should be disclosed and addressed transparently to ensure fairness and accountability.

Financial Transparency
We are committed to responsible financial management, accurate record-keeping and the appropriate use of funds entrusted to us by partners, funders, clients and collaborators. Project budgets, financial transactions and expenditure are managed with due care and in accordance with applicable requirements and funding agreements.

Raising Concerns
We encourage anyone working with or alongside Collective Madness Studios to raise concerns about suspected misconduct, unethical behaviour or financial irregularities in good faith. Such concerns will be treated seriously, handled with appropriate confidentiality and addressed fairly. We do not tolerate retaliation against individuals who raise genuine concerns.
